Special breaks not available over bank holidays and certain dates.

Single room occupancy is charged at a reduced rate during our standard season, however during peak season there is no single occupancy allowance and all rooms are charged at full rate.

Offer rates apply to new bookings only and offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. 

Rooms are available from 15.00 on day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00 on the day of departure.  Please note we cannot accept arrivals after 23.00.

Reservations may by guaranteed with a deposit of first nights accommodation per person payable by Visa, MasterCard, Switch or by post with a cheque (clearance of at least 7 days is required for cheques prior to arrival).

All guests are required to present a valid credit card on arrival.  If guests do not have a valid credit card rooms must be paid for in full on arrival.  In addition a cash deposit of one extra night will be required which will be refunded on departure after a room check.

In the event of guests not producing a valid credit card on arrival they will not be permitted to charge food or drink to their room.

Payment may be made by cash, travellers’ cheques, MasterCard, Switch or Visa.  Personal cheques will be accepted when accompanied by a current bankers card, to the card limit. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Rates advertised are per room for 2 people sharing a double or twin room.  Single rate/occupancy is at the discretion of the management.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded in full if holiday cancelled at least 7 days before arrival date.  Please ensure that your holiday is covered by adequate insurance as rooms cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged at the full rate if we are unable to re-let.

The hotel is completely non smoking.  In line with government law and hotel policy no smoking is permitted in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building.  Any bedrooms tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24 hour period and all charges resulting in this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing B&B rates – minimum of £70) will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking.  In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets (including dogs) in any of our hotel bedrooms.  We welcome well behaved dogs in the bar during the day, there is nowhere in the building to leave pets overnight.  Please contact hotel directly with regards to guide dogs.

We reserve the right to charge for replacement, cleaning or repair of any items belonging to the hotel, or the fabric of the hotel itself, damage either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken.  In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required against invoices that will be provided for costs incurred.

Bedroom keys should be taken with you to allow access to the hotel at times when the front entrance to the hotel is locked.  We reserve the right to charge £10 to replace any keys lost by guests. In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required.
